However, due to the nature of our products as wearable items, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds that comply with both U.S. and Canadian regulations while protecting our business interests. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, returns and refunds will not be accepted.
- Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a return, the MyKompy smart ring must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Any sign of wear, damage, or use will result in the return being denied or subject to a partial refund.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number and proof of purchase are required for any return or refund request.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sizing Kits: Sizing kits are consumable items and are non-returnable and non-refundable. A $10 charge applies if the sizing kit was shipped prior to canceling an order.
- Opened/Used Items: Smart rings that have been opened, used, or worn cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or were incorrectly delivered.
- Custom or Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.
Exceptions for Defective or Damaged Products
- Inspection on Delivery: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Return Process: If a product is found to be defective or damaged, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item. All costs associated with returning the product, including shipping and handling, are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Process
- Inspection and Approval: All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts, a deduction may be applied to your refund based on the diminished value of the product.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping, handling, and tax fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Final Sale Items Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Cancellations Orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipping. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
